We want to make sure that our guests feel safe, and so does the land that we live in, our animals, as do our neighbours. Keeping in mind this civic sense, here are some guidelines to keep in mind while visiting us.

• Swimming pool to be booked at an extra cost ( need 3 days notice before the booking day )

• Not safe or suitable for infants (Under 2 years)

• No parties or events

• Check-in is anytime after 2 PM

• Check out by 12 PM (noon)

 

Treat our home as your own

 

• Please be respectful of the House and the farm. Respect our neighbours and please try to keep noise levels low.

• No smoking inside the house, if you would like to smoke you may do so outside the house on the lawn/farm.

• Parents/Guardians must ensure Children are supervised at all times

• Quiet hours are 10 pm-6 am. Noise projected beyond the property during quiet hours is not allowed. Our neighbours moved here to get away from the noise. This is just good civic behaviour :)

• Please take away and responsibly get rid of the garbage when leaving the property.

• Please ensure the property is left clean and tidy, as you found it. 

• Bring your own music players and speakers.

• Let the caretaker know 30 mins prior to your check-out.

• Check-in time is between 1pm to 10pm & check-out by 12pm 

• Extra charges will be applied if there are any extra occupants. (please inform the host if in advance, if we are to expect more guests than informed)

This home is privately owned; the homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. 

As the guest, you are responsible for all costs that may occur for any damages/breakages and loss of property during the term of your occupancy. Costs to replace or fix to the same standard will be charged to the account of the guest in this instance.

By accepting this reservation, the guests agree to abide by all the local regulation rules and laws. 

By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

Loud, or unruly behaviour are restricted by local ordinance and will result in citation for Rs. 5,000 fine, or arrest by local law enforcement. Alcohol in the possession of minors is not permitted. Illegal possession of banned substances by any guests is not permitted. Breach of these provisions could result in the immediate termination of the rental agreement and the forfeiture of rents.

 

You must also know and acknowledge 

 

• Pet(s) live on the property

• Amenity limitations

• Surveillance or recording devices on the property
